Safe Computing Ltd and Adecco Group in the UK have signed a contract for the supply of Safe’s complete Front to Back Office recruitment agency suite. The deal covers the entire Safe Computing Tempest product range and includes Tempest Front Office, On-site and Master Vendor Management modules, Client and Worker portals, e-time capture, Scanning and Payroll and Client invoicing, in the UK and Ireland.
In terms of Adecco Group coverage, the contract allows for the deployment of the Safe Computing solutions throughout the group, which includes Adecco UK, Office Angels, Computer People, Roevin, Jonathan Wren, People Direct and Harveys Consulting.
Adecco were already a client on Safe Computing’s payroll solution, after a very succesful Unipay migration, and decided to extend the relationship further to take advantage of the benefits offered by Safe’s integrated suite of recruitment market specific solutions.
The partnership with Safe Computing will help Adecco to provide an enhanced service to its clients and colleagues and make cost savings in terms of back office and supplier costs.
Safe Computing Managing Director Sandy Scott said, “This is a major contract for our business and endorses that our product development strategy of integrated front to back office solutions was the right approach. We have always had an excellent working relationship with Adecco and look forward to extending this through the deployment of our entire range of recruitment agency solutions”.
Mike Henry, CIO and project sponsor for Adecco commented, “We selected Safe’s Front to Back Office recruitment agency suite after an intense period of vendor assessment and due diligence. It is seen by us as the current best-of-breed; a leading-edge technology platform which is making our legacy systems redundant, an enhancement of the features and functions we offer to our business and a cost-effective way to embed front to back workflow to automate many of our manual processes. This deal with Safe Computing is also an expression of the confidence we have in continuing our excellent working relationship with Safe Computing.”
