Grafton Recruitment has gone live with Scanning and Web Portal Solutions from Safe Computing Ltd. The new modules integrate seamlessly into the Companies existing Safe Computing Tempest Pay and Bill solution.
Founded in 1982, Grafton Recruitment are Ireland's largest recruitment company with 69 operations in 19 countries, John Healy, Grafton Recruitment’s IT Director said, “We’re always looking at ways of increasing our organisational efficiency and performance, Safe Computing’s Scanning and etime solutions seemed to fit this requirement perfectly. Scanning has meant that we don’t have highly skilled personnel manually loading data which is not a good use of their time and the etime Web portals have enabled on line access for all our consultants, candidates and staff. The implementation process went incredibly smoothly in terms of Scanning and the etime Web portals are currently being rolled out to our client base.”
Grafton have been using Safe Computing’s Tempest Pay and Bill solution for the past 2½ years and have also recently purchased Elite, Safe Computing’s Payroll and HR offering, to manage their own in-house personnel which means as far as the Back Office is concerned Grafton really is in Safe hands and John went on to explain why, “When we were originally on the market for a replacement product we were essentially looking for a best in class solution and we wanted to work with a company that we could create a true partnership with, Safe Computing have proved themselves on both accounts. I get on very well with everyone from the Company and they also have a very strong support desk so we are very happy with the relationship.”
Jason Martin, Safe Computing’s Commercial Director said, “The Scanning and etime options are proving very popular with clients such as Grafton Recruitment. They are an integral part of our overall strategy to provide a managed services model which allows our customers to manage all temp labour via the same solution and streamline issues such as margin reporting, PO processing, payment terms, consolidated invoicing and timesheets etc.”
