Safe Scan is an integrated scanning module that can be provided with Safe Tempest.

Key Scanning features:

• Safe Scan is wholly integrated with Safe Computing Tempest, enabling images captured to be viewed for printing, reprinting, enquiry and correction purposes

• Automatic production of invoices with supporting images attached

• Timesheet related images can be viewed using the web portals allowing clients and workers to see scanned data

• Multiple timesheet formats are supported reflecting different client timesheets, each can be defined within the image processing engine to aid recognition

• Documents not bearing identification marks can be manually attached to timesheets

• System validation ensures that documents required to be reproduced in the invoice process are present
