Key members of the Safe Management team:

Sandy Scott, Managing Director
Sandy Scott has over 30 years experience in the IT software services and supply sector with many of these years specialising in payroll, HR and recruitment agency solutions. During his career Sandy has managed customer services, professional services, development, and sales departments, including five years overseas experience, and for the last 15 years was Managing Director at Peterborough Software/Rebus and more recently at Safe Computing. In these roles he as provided high levels of customer service and introduced some of the most successful products for HR, payroll and recruitment used by thousands of users across international markets.

Since joining Safe Computing in 2002 the company has substantially strengthened its relationship with customers, won many new customers and had an average growth of 30% per annum. Sandy and his management team are committed to this ongoing success and working in partnership with its customers.

Jason Martin, Commercial Director
Jason left University after gaining an IT degree and moved directly into a Business Intelligence consultancy role working with BA and Heinz, before joining Peterborough Software to run a commercial team. Having subsequently worked for Oracle UK, he moved to Safe Computing in 2003 to ultimately take on the role of Commercial Director, running the sales and marketing side of the business.

Over the past 4 years he has worked closely with some of the UK's largest recruitment customers and has built up a strong knowledge of the recruitment process flow, which has enabled him to help customers build business cases to identify the benefits for system change.

Jack Horlock, Customer Services Manager
Jack joined Safe Computing in 2005 and has spent the majority of his career in the customer services area of major HR/Payroll suppliers. Jack and his team are responsible for the delivery of all customer service functions including help desk support, technical support, QA and managed services. Over the past 2 years Jack has had primary responsibility for Hays and Adecco UK hosting and support services, which has given him a thorough understanding of the Front to Back Office recruitment process within a recruitment agency.

Nigel Edwards, Professional Services Manager
Nigel is a long term employee of Safe Computing and has risen to the position of Professional Services Manager. Nigel and his team are responsible for the delivery of all projects, leading the customer through the project process to go-live and also the development of bespoke project requirements. Nigel and his team they have an excellent understanding of the products and the business environments that they work in, which enables them to approach projects from a best practise perspective, whether it's in the Recruitment or HR/Payroll market.

He has been personally responsible for the delivery of two of the most recent major projects at Safe Computing namely Adecco UK and Accenture UK.

Mark James, Company Secretary
Mark has been with Safe Computing since 1975 and has helped to steer the company to ongoing financial stability.  Mark and his team are responsible for the finance and administration side of the business.
