Colin Jackson a speaker at HR Software show

Colin Jackson a speaker at HR Software show

March release 2014

Colin Jackson will be speaking about talent management at the forthcoming CIPD HR software show (HRSS) exhibition at Olympia in June.

If talent management is a series of isolated events then information may not be appropriately shared, resulting in additional work and cost, decisions based on questionable data and, possibly, non-compliance. Colin Jackson of Safe examines the pitfalls of a disjointed approach to talent management, and discusses how software can help HR professionals and management teams to work more effectively from a more holistic picture of employees’ behaviours, performance and aspirations.

Colin Jackson, expert in HR and director of Safe’s HR and payroll software Safe EMS, will be speaking at the show from 9.45am on Thursday 19 June. Safe EMS offers talent management through Safe EMS HR and payroll software.

Leading software company Safe will be demonstrating the latest version of their Safe EMS software at CIPD’s HR Software show at Olympia in London this June. The two day show, 18 and 19 June, allows delegates to see live demos of the latest Safe EMS HR and www.aoe9.com payroll software solution at the event.

Safe are also exhibiting Safe Screening, cloud based software for pre-employment candidate background checks. On a sister stand, Safe are showing Virtuoso VMS, a vendor management software product to manage the labour supply chain, new to market last summer. The Safe stand at H232 looks set to cause a stir.
