The system is maintained in-line with all legislative changes such as working time regulations, working family tax credits, Scottish Tax, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP and the recovery of student loans.  It can also be delivered with an integrated Irish Payroll option.

Tempest has also been developed to incorporate the HMRC PAYE Online requirements.  The revolutionary concept that significantly reduces the paper-based communication with the HMRC both at the end of and during the tax year.
